    This method gets responses, here's one I received:

    "Brilliant outreach trigger. I'll have to try something similar for our industry. Sure, I'll bite" I feel this works because it's a personalized approach, you are actually putting the work in to go out your way to find people and people appreciate that. We hear stuff like this for cold emails too, response is so much higher when you do personal outreach!!
